Refund policy
At Tanviq, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery, and every piece is carefully checked before dispatch. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return request.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a return, you must record a single, unedited, continuous video from the moment you begin opening the package to the moment you finish unboxing the product. This video must:
- Be unedited and without cuts or pauses
- Clearly show the package's exterior (including the shipping label) before opening
- Continuously capture the unboxing process from start to end
- Clearly show the product and any damage/defect/discrepancy, if applicable
Return requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted, as this is our only way of verifying the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
Return Window
You must share the unedited unboxing video with us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram DM. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of:
- Damaged or broken product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues (please refer to our size guide before ordering), or minor variations in colour due to screen/lighting differences.
Refund Process
Once your unboxing video is reviewed and the return is approved:
- You will be asked to ship the product back to us in its original packaging and unused condition
- Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the returned product
- Alternatively, you may opt for a replacement or store credit, where applicable
