At TanviQ, we take great care in preparing each piece before it reaches you. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully quality-checked and dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next working day.
Delivery Timelines
- Bengaluru: 2–3 days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 3–7 days after dispatch
Please note that total delivery time = dispatch time (2–4 days) + transit time based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders only. This helps us maintain quality control and keep our pricing accessible for everyone.

While we strive to meet the timelines above, please note that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in such cases.
