We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, here is our simple policy.
Return Eligibility & Window:
- 2-Day Policy: You have 2 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to register for a return. After 2 days, the return window automatically closes.
- Eligible Reason: We only accept returns for items that have been damaged during transit.
- Ineligible Reasons: Returns are not eligible for reasons like: The length/color wasn't what I expected, I found a better option, or It simply didn't match my expectation.
How to Register a Return
To ensure a smooth process, we require a mandatory package opening video for all return claims. While we pack everything with utmost care, this helps us verify transit damage quickly!
- Record & Share: Send the complete, uncut package opening video to our official Instagram handle along with your Order ID.
- Validation: Our team will review the video and the reason. Once approved, your return will be validated.
- Reverse Pickup: We will arrange for the order to be picked up from your address. Please use the same packaging box the order arrived in.
- Quality Check & Refund: Once the item is delivered back to us, our team will perform a final quality check and initiate your refund.
Standard Approved Return: INR 60 (Cost of reverse shipping)
Gift Coupon issued after deduction
Item Damaged in Transit: INR 0 (No deduction)
Full value of the damaged product refunded via Gift Coupon OR you can select an equivalent replacement product of the same value.
Note: The INR 60 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from your product's value before issuing the gift coupon.
