3. Returns and Refunds

• Return Window: We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery to register a return claim.
• Eligible Returns: We only accept returns for items damaged during transit. Returns for reasons like change of mind, unexpected length/color, or finding a better option are not eligible.
• Procedure: To register a return, customers must send an uncut package opening video to our official Instagram handle along with the Order ID.
• Refunds:
• For standard approved returns, a reverse shipping charge of INR 60 will be deducted from the product price, and the remainder will be issued as a Gift Coupon.
• For products verified as damaged in transit, the full product value will be refunded via Gift Coupon or an equivalent product replacement will be offered.
